The disabled person are always a special vulnerable group in social development,and they lived more than ordinary people in need of help and support. And employment is the people’s livelihood.The disabled’s needs are more urgent than ordinary people. Employment can not only maintain their livelihood, but also is the embodiment of the disabled self value.
