| The private bank is the power to push the improvement of China Banking,which can complete the structure of the banking professions,can help the subjects cannot easy get loans from the large-scale banks,so it is actually important to Chinese Banking,tiny companies and personal needs.But here are some problems impeding the evolution of Chinese private banks,it is a newborn type bank,so there are so many problems need to foresee and prepare to solve them as much as we can to prevent the bad influences we can foresight.In the Chapter 1,I study about the improvement process of Chinese private banking and the characters of it,to conclude why it is in need to Chinese banking;In the Chapter 2,I study about the banking laws we have in China to see what is the shortage of the legal structure,and the gap between laws and practices,to find the part we need to perfect;In the Chapter 3,I study about the foreign banking laws from America,Hong Kong and Taiwan,because the private banks enjoy a longer history than China,we can learn some good experience and lessons;In Chapter 4,as we have learnt about the characters of Chinese banking,getting the problems need to solve,and get some useful things from foreign countries,I make some legal advices about the more concrete entrance conditions of Chinese private banks and how to push them join the banking competitions,though we regard the private banks as an really important part to help improving Chinese Banking,we cannot neglect the risks it may bring,for the banking structure and the China economy,we need pay attentions to the guarantee part,so I try to give some advices about Banking Supervisions.As we hope to deep the commercial process of Chinese Banking,we need solve 3 problems: First,the standard for bank-setup is not concrete enough for the money coming into banks;second,there is only policy used to lead the banking commercial process;last but not least,there still need more perfect supervision system to strengthen confidence on new banks. |
