Study On Retirement Service Of Retired Military Cadres From The Perspective Of Military-civilian Integration Integration

As an important part of the army building,the army's pension is highly concerned by the country.With the introduction of the military-civilian integration strategy,military-civilian integration plays a unique role in the field of social services.Social work institutions provide embedded services for retired military cadres with embedded development.Through field research and literature research,the article investigates the old-age services provided by the C military detention and the social work station in Chongqing for the military cadres,and finds the “six old” and “two treatments”pension targets of the military detention.There is a difference in the goal of “ physical rehabilitation,psychological counseling and social integration ” with thesocial work station.The differences are mainly manifested in three problems : system incompatibility,organizational incompatibility and service incompatibility.These three incompatibilities have led to a shallow integration of military rest and social workers,and it is difficult to improve the quality of military care services.The article puts forward rationalization policy recommendations from three aspects:system,organization and service,and explores a strategy of military rest and old-age service suitable for localization.That is,military detention and social work organizations actively carry out integrated development and provide diversified services for military cadres.To better meet the spiritual and cultural needs and material needs of the military cadres.
