| Land rights and interests are the fundamental interests of peasants.Maintaining peasants' land rights and interests is the prerequisite for maintaining rural social stability and promoting rural economic development.And it is also the key to effectively solving the "three rural" problems.Since the founding of New China,the Party's successive central leadership collectives have always stood on the peasant's stand,constantly innovating ideas,expanding the path,and doing everything possible to safeguard the peasants' land rights and interests.After long-term unremitting efforts,the land rights owned by Chinese peasants are becoming increasingly complete,and their sense of acquisition has also been significantly improved.However,it should also be noted that,there are still some shortcomings in the realization of peasants' land rights and the way to protect them.The problem of the loss of peasants' land rights is still serious.Especially in the process of land transfer and collection,behavior of different stakeholders harming peasants' land rights often occur,which has caused peasants' enthusiasm for production to suffer and the legitimate rights and interests of peasants have been violated.Under the guidance of the Marxist view of peasants' interests,we must constantly optimize and innovate the peasants' land rights protection path,and constantly meet the peasants' demand for land rights and interests,so that peasants can have a fuller,more direct and more real sense of acquisition,happiness and security.This paper first reviews the development process of Marxist peasant interests,and combs and summarizes its rich connotations.Then,starting from the central and local levels,it sorts out the beneficial attempts of the central and local governments to protect peasant' land rights and interests.Subsequently,through the field investigation,the dilemma and cause of the current peasant' land rights were discovered.Finally,based on the Marxist view of peasants' interests,the paper puts forward substantive suggestions on the practical path of protecting peasant' land rights and interests,in order to provide useful reference for related research.Thepaper mainly studies from five aspects:In the first part,this chapter expounds the research background and significance of the thesis,and systematically expounds the research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad,clarifies the content and objectives of the research,and briefly explains the research methods and research ideas of the thesis.In the second part,this chapter expounds the content of the peasant interests of the classic Marxist writers,sorts out the development process of Marxist peasants' interests,and discusses the contents of the peasants' interests from Mao Zedong to Xi Jinping's successive central collectives.In the third part,this chapter defines the connotation of peasants' land rights,analyzes the policy evolution of the central government on the protection of peasants' land rights and the current status of peasants' rights and interests.In addition,in-depth field research is conducted.The fourth part,this chapter discusses the predicament of the current peasants' land rights protection.From the five aspects of collective ownership system,government behavior,rural autonomy,peasants' property rights cognition and internal interests differentiation,this chapter analyzes the causes of the current loss of peasants' land rights and interests.In the fifth part,on the basis of analyzing the revelation of Marxist peasants' interests on the protection of Chinese peasants' land rights and interests,this chapter puts forward the promotion of rural "three-product integration",improving the channels of interest expression,improving the quality of peasants,improving the land property rights system and establishing a land resource information monitoring mechanism to effectively protect peasants' land rights.Finally,the relevant conclusions are derived at the end of this paper. |
