On The Peasants' Rights Protection In "Villages In City"

At advocate of building a harmonious society and the protection of human rights in contemporary China, and explore the protection of the rights of landless peasants to protect the research questions, especially in the legal aspects of the existing laws and regulations on the shortcomings of the study of the legal mechanisms to solve the problem, has important theoretical value and practical significance.Article is divided into four parts.
