A Study On The Problems And Strategies Of Smart Community Elderly Care Services

With the aging of our population,endowment problem are getting increasingly serious.The "Internet + community + pension" smart community pension mode provides more comfortable,convenient and healthy life and pension services for the elderly,which is of great significance to solve the pension problems in the future.Since the establishment of smart community elderly care service system in District A of Changchun more than a year ago,great progress has been made.At present,regional coverage has been preliminarily achieved,but there is still a certain gap to meet the needs of care services for the elderly in surrounding areas.By analyzing the current challenges faced by the smart community pension mode in District A of Changchun and proposing solutions from the macro and operational aspects,the smart community pension industry can play a more effective role.In this paper,guided by the related theory of public management,District A wisdom of community endowment service system as the research object,we made a questionnaire of the elderly satisfaction for the wisdom of community endowment service system,analysis of the problems existing in the intelligence community endowment service system,combining with the experience abroad,put forward the corresponding improvement strategy,provide new ideas and reference to build a more perfect wisdom community endowment service system.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the research background and significance of this paper and summarizes the current research progress at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces the concepts of smart community endowment in detail,and analyzes the Relevant Positive Aging Theory,Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory,Welfare Economy Theory and Information Asymmetry Theory,which lays the theoretical foundation for this paper.The third chapter introduces the construction status of the intelligent community elderly care service system in District A,which is mainly composed of "1+N" two-level service sub-system,and preliminarily completes the "four-in-one" service system construction of elderly education function,medical service function,elderly dining function and information service function.The fourth chapter design the old for the wisdom of community endowment service satisfaction questionnaire,using factor analysis method,found that there is lack of entertainment facilities and sites,the old man and the domestic workers lack of trust,medical staff level and the number is not enough,little restaurant dishes and order are not convenient,four issues,further reveals the old-age support fund is not abundant,home housekeeping service market is not perfect,inadequate medical care,pension problems such as incomplete form a complete set of dining.The fifth chapter introduces and draws lessons from the mature experience and practices of foreign smart community elderly care services,including three foreign smart community elderly care cases in the Netherlands,the United States and Germany.It believes that smart elderly care should become an important trend,and the construction enlightenment of accelerating the insurance industry to participate in elderly care services through multiple channels and paying attention to differentiated elderly care spiritual needs.The sixth chapter puts forward the improvement strategies for the smart community elderly care service system,including to strengthen the support of elderly care funds,build a home service information service platform,improve the cooperation mechanism with major specialized hospitals,and implement the scientific intelligent dining distribution service.
