New Endowment Mode Exploration Of Cities In China

With the rapid development of China's economy and society and the intensification of the aging process,the demand for old-age care in China is gradually reflected in the gradual improvement of the quality of life and the demand for a better life of the elderly.In the process of the development and change of the aging,whether our government can effectively solve the problem of old-age pension has become the main problem affecting the economic and social development of our country.The traditional pension model has some limitations,which can not meet the spiritual and mental health needs of the elderly.In order to fundamentally solve the pension problem,we need to find and develop a new pension model according to our national conditions,constantly integrate and complement each other's advantages,and develop a new pension model by using scientific methods and refined means.And adhere to the appeal of the elderly as the basis,and constantly explore a scientific,efficient and standardized pension model in line with China,s national conditions-Community pension+wisdom community model.As a way to alleviate the aging problem in China,this new pension model plays a decisive role in fundamentally solving the elderly's pension demands.The purpose of "community endowment H+wisdom community" is to strengthen the practicality of"community endowment+wisdom community,model by utilizing multiple subjects,i.e.government,society,community and family,through comprehensive and effective integration through scientific means,by means of government purchasing services,continuously developing community social organizations,training professional community workers and so on.Moreover,the "community endowment+smart community,emphasizes the new method of"Internet plus intelligent endowment".By building the data of the health index and daily life needs of the elderly in the community,and by means of information and intelligent means,it can fundamentally save the cost of the elderly,and then realize the intellectualization of the community endowment mode.Based on the background of the rapid development of China's aging,this paper analyses the current situation of China's pension problem by drawing lessons from the experience of foreign developed countries,and understands the actual dilemma of China's pension problem.This paper elaborates on the exploration of the new urban pension model in China from the aspects of the impact of community on our country's pension,the restriction and promotion of the government's active role on our country's pension problem,and the integration of the new model of community pension+Intelligent community,so as to find a new way to alleviate our country's aging.
