The Research On The Role Path Of Trade Unions In Cultivating Craftsman Industry Talents

"Craftsman spirit" is an important ability quality of workers in contemporary outstanding industry.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China further clarifies that China's development into a new era requires the promotion of innovative national strategy and talent development strategy,and vigorously cultivating artisan industry talents is one of the important contents.China's trade unions are the mass organizations of the working class voluntarily united by the workers under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.They shoulder the important legal responsibility of serving and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the workers at the grass-roots level and their labor ability.The attributes of China's trade unions determine that trade unions at all levels are bound to have great prospects in participating in the cultivation of talents in the craftsmanHowever,as far as trade unions in specific areas are concerned,it is urgent to proceed from the local reality,actively explore the rational role and function orientation in the development of regional artisan-type industries,and then seek effective ways and ideas to achieve this,which will promote the deepening of functional reform of grass-roots trade union organizations in the new era and enhance artisan-type industrial talents.Cultivating performance is of great significance.This paper takes the trade union of D city in Jiangsu Province as the research object,uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and so on,firstly summarizes the related concepts and basic theories,expounds the present situation and practice of the trade union of D city in the regional industrial talent training and development,analyzes the existing problems and causes,and further investigates and analyzes the current D city trade union.On the basis of the demand and characteristics of city workers for trade unions to participate in the cultivation of artisan-type talents,this paper studies the advantages and functions of D city trade unions in implementing the cultivation of regional artisan-type talents,and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the cultivation of artisan-type talents in D city tradeunions.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows :(1)the development of industrial talents in Dsman industry and obvious extensive features;(2)at present,the trade union of D city has four deficiencies in city generally presents the problem of emphasizing quantity but neglecting structure level,lack of talents in craft the cultivation of industrial talents,including: the level of industrial talents is not high,the ability of training professional top technical talents is insufficient,the sense of inspiring industrial talents is not practical,the prevention and control of industrial talent loss is weak;(3)the trade union of D city can play to the ability of organization,financial policy and regional advantage conditions of resource integration and other related to actively participate in regional artisans type industry talent cultivation project,focusing on the surrounding the performance of the ideological guidance,training,education and support core functions such as orientation,talent cultivation in order to realize the regional resources integration,craftsmen,artisans talent retention incentives,craftsmen,artisans working talent and multifaceted guarantee sustainable craftsman type talent cultivation goal mechanism;(4)the trade union of D city can actively integrating regional artisans industry resources,intensify professional top technical talent cultivating,innovation craftsmen industry talent incentive means,perfect build craftsmen industry talent reserve system,strengthen the construction of the union itself guarantee the union function display five aspects,such as take feasible measures,so as to promote regional artisans type industrial effective cultivation of talents.
