Cultivation Research Of Craftsman's Spirit Of Japanese Society

Competition in today's world is based on talent competition.Whether it has "craftsman's spirit" has become one of the main criteria of measurement of talent quality.Japan is a powerful industrial country in the world;Japanese-style craftsman's spirit is famous among the world.In Japan,"craftsman's spirit" is called "the spirit of the staff",refers to the attitude and quality of practitioners who are keen on career and focus on the perfection,and the forward-looking awareness of being good at innovation,the courage to challenge and future-oriented trait.At present,there are many researchers studying on the 'spirit of the staff' in Japan at home and abroad,and many scholars have analyzed Japan's "personal spirit" from the perspectives of value implication,causes of formation and cultivation methods.But in the form of research,scholars tend to analyze them from a single point of view,or intervene in the study of "human spirit" in other related research,so far,articles about the systematic,comprehensive and multi-dimensional exploration of Japanese society to cultivate 'craftsman's spirit need to be rich.In this paper,the author try to conduct multi-dimensional analysis for the cultivation of 'craftsman's spirit' in Japanese society,from several perspectives,such as the ideological sources and nurturing process,nurturing system,security system and relevant measurements by means of literature research and history analysis.According to combination of the theory and case analysis,it is concluded that the cultivation of "spirit of the staff" in Japanese society has four characteristics: one is the combination of inheritance and innovation;the other is the combination of immediacy and development;the third is full of life education feature and the last is cultivation of “Craftsman's spirit” force from all the society.The author tries her best to collect information in order to analyze the cultivation of 'craftsman's spirit' in Japanese society to some extent,and with a view to provide available external reference and case reference for study of cultivation of 'craftsman's spirit' in our country,and then to make due contributions for enriching relevant research at home.
