Study On The Cultivation Of Craftsman Spirit Among Engineering College Students

Engineering universities take the cultivation of applied technological innovative talents a s the core.The development status and education quality of engineering universities are closel y related to the construction of "new subjects" and the implementation of "Made in China 2025".The spirit of craftsmen carries the cultural gene of our country towards a powerful manufa cturing country.Its essence is the collective practice of society.As the main position of traini ng craftsmen in all fields of manufacturing in our country,engineering universities should tak e the initiative to undertake the mission of cultivating craftsmen spirit of University students.Based on this,this paper takes the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of engineering students a s the research object,and makes a comprehensive and in-depth study of it.The first part mainly elaborates the background,purpose and significance of this researc h,and through reading the relevant literature of scholars and experts at home and abroad,on t his basis,combines engineering students to study the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit.The second part mainly combs the specific content and theoretical basis of craftsmanship spirit,engineering students and craftsmanship spirit cultivation,and expounds the significanc e of craftsmanship spirit cultivation,that is,it meets the era demands of "new subject educatio n","Made in China 2025" strategy implementation,and the objective requirements of persona l growth and success.The third part is problem-oriented,specifically discovering and analyzing the dilemma of Engineering Universities in the process of cultivating craftsman spirit.Some engineering uni versities have insufficient cultural and moral capacity of their own campus,neglecting the cult ural nature of craftsman spirit in their school-running ideas,which is manifested in inaccurate orientation of personnel training and excessive pursuit of discipline in the educational process.In addition,some engineering students lack self-cultivation consciousness and become forma listic in practical training.These problems show that the starting point of educational activitie s is inconsistent,and it is difficult to realize the individualization of craftsman spirit.The fourth part is to find out the lack of craftsman spirit cultivation in China through the practices of developed countries such as the United States,Germany and Japan in the cultivati on of craftsman spirit.The fifth part focuses on the construction of "Made in China 2025" and new subjects,co nsolidating the education foundation of craftsman spirit cultivation from the school level,and improving the effect of craftsman spirit cultivation of Engineering students.One is to give full play to the leading,demonstrative and creative nature of educators in cultivating craftsmanshi p spirit,and to strengthen the organizational function of teachers' educational activities from t he educational concept,the effectiveness of Ideological and political courses and the construction of teachers' ranks;the other is to create a good campus cultural environment;the third is t o build a three-dimensional engineering practice platform and promote it through the construc tion of teaching resources and combining the learning characteristics of Engineering students.Apprenticeship makes the spirit of craftsmen better practiced and inherited among students.
