Research On Government Functions In The Development Of Modern Logistics Industry In Xuzhou

Modern logistics industry is a cross-industry,cross-sector and cross-regional complex industry,which is the basic and strategic industry supporting economic development.Its development level can be used as an important symbol to measure the comprehensive development of the region.As an important comprehensive transportation hub in China and a central city of huaihai economic zone determined by the state council,xuzhou city has a developed transportation network and a sound transportation system,and has formed a logistics channel in China that "connects north and south,and connects east and west".In recent years,with the great attention of xuzhou municipal party committee and government,xuzhou modern logistics industry has developed rapidly,but there are still many problems in promoting the development of modern logistics industry.How to better play and improve the functions of local government,guide and regulate industrial development,promote the healthy and stable development of modern logistics industry,this paper combines the development of xuzhou modern logistics industry,to explore and discuss this problem.This paper studies the function of the government in the development of modern logistics industry in xuzhou.Firstly,the domestic and foreign academic research achievements in this field are summarized,the relationship between the market and the government in the development of modern logistics industry is elaborated,and the research theoretical framework is established.Second through the research of xuzhou city economic development,traffic location,and the government takes office,xuzhou modern logistics industry development present situation and existing problems are analyzed,affirmed the xuzhou city government in the logistics industry planning,to perform the regulatory functions,investing in infrastructure,provide policy support,etc play a positive role,at the same time pointed out that the resource flow control,there are the government offside,macroscopic intervention investment in logistics planning of mandatory,management system,the industrial guidance and enterprises,as well as the phenomenon of lack of government support.Through the problems cause analysis,from clear the government role positioning,improve the regulatory system,strengthen the service function,build logistics industry policy system from four aspects,put forward the optimizing the functions of the government countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of modern logistics industry of xuzhou,in order to provide references for xuzhou city modern logistics industry development in the future,improve the functions of the government.
