A Study On The Governance Structure Of The"Rural To Urban"community

With the acceleration of the urbanization process and the constant promotion of the standardized construction of urban and rural communities,rural communities are transforming into urban communities,which is not a quick process.Therefore,in the process of transformation,there is a transitional community state,that is,what we now call the “rural to urban”community.The emergence of "rural to urban" communities not only brings opportunities and challenges to community governance and triggers a series of new thoughts on community governance,but also creates a new perspective for research on grassroots social governance.Community is the basic element of social governance,and community governance is one of the important contents of social governance.Generally speaking,communities are divided into rural communities and urban communities,and the "rural to urban" community studied in this paper is a transitional community between the two.It not only retains some characteristics of rural communities,but also has some characteristics of urban communities and is unique at the same time.The transition period of such transitional communities is not a short one day,one week,one month.It may be several months,one year,or several years.Therefore,since there is a period of time,it is necessary to explore its governance issues.Good community governance is conducive to the establishment of harmonious communities,the improvement of residents' life happiness,and the governance at the grassroots level,which is of great significance to the long-term stability of the society and the country.The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China clearly pointed out that we should build a pattern of social governance that is jointly built,jointly governed and Shared by all.This important judgment points out the direction and provides the basis for strengthening and innovating social and community governance in the new era.At present,all regions are actively exploring the "rural to urban" community governance issues,wenzhou is also so.In community governance,the structure of community governance is the key,and the structure is the construction of an overall framework for carrying out community governance.Only by building a good framework on the overall level and having a complete idea of community governance,can community governance be carried out orderly and efficiently.Based on wenzhou WS community as a case,this paper carried out the "rural to urban" community governance structure research,by looking up the related literature,in practice,interview and comparative research methods to collect the relevant data,to understand the present situation of the "rural to urban" community governance structure,according to the state,market,society,analyzed in three dimensions,respectively,to analyze the current situation,problems,causes and conflicts of the relationship between the governance subjects and the subjects in the community governance structure,and strive to draw the outline of the scientific and reasonable relationship between the governance body,And from the horizontal and vertical overall level,this paper discusses the "one core and multiple" community governance structure of the "rural to urban" community with the community party organization as the core and the multi-subject co-governance,constructs a reasonable community governance model,helps the WS community to realize good governance,and also provides a theoretical reference and practical basis for the "rural to urban" community governance.
