As the last line of defense of the social security system in China,the minimum life security system plays an important role.Since the implementation of the urban subsistence allowance system in 1996,the standard of subsistence allowance has been continuously improved.By the end of June 2018,the national average urban subsistence allowance standard was 563 yuan/person/month,up 7.5% from the same period last year,guaranteeing the basic life of 12.24 million urban subsistence allowance personnel.Although urban subsistence allowance guarantees the basic life of these poor people,it cannot help them fundamentally get rid of poverty and realize their own development.According to the survey,over 50% of the total subsistence allowance population are those with full or partial labor capacity.For these people,they need to change from negative material assistance to positive capacity building,so as to promote their employment and improve their living standards.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to study the influencing factors of the employment promotion of urban subsistence allowance personnel to better promote their employment.Based on the urban low-income workers employment promotion for research purposes,in order to promote the influence factors of urban low-income workers employment as a research direction,in X county town low personnel in henan province as the research object,first of all to X county civil administration field research and official website to collect the data information of a combination of X county town low personnel employment present situation carries on the preliminary understanding;Secondly,based on the previous literature reading and preliminary investigation,the research hypothesis is proposed,that is,which specific factors will affect the employment promotion of urban subsistence allowance personnel,and the questionnaire is designed based on the research hypothesis.Two communities were randomly selected from the four towns(streets)of wuliqiao town,baiyu street,zijin street and lianhua street in X county through sampling survey again.Then,20low-wage low-security subjects from different families were randomly selected from each community for questionnaire survey.Then,the questionnaire data were integrated and analyzed,and the factors proposed in the research hypothesis were verified through cross-list analysis,which factors would have an impact on the employment promotion of urban subsistence allowance workers,and which would not.Logistic regression analysis proved how the factors that had an impact would affectthe employment of urban subsistence allowance workers.Finally,through the analysis of factors affecting the employment promotion of urban subsistence allowance workers put forward the countermeasures to promote employment.Through the above research,I hope to propose targeted employment promotion policies to achieve the continuous improvement and development of the urban subsistence allowance system and better employment of urban subsistence allowance personnel,so that they can truly get rid of poverty and have a sense of gain,happiness and security in life.
