At the same time, more than half low objects have the labor abilities.So the study of low objects is not only beneficial to strengthen their abilities, alsois helpful for reducing national burden, the stability of the society and the nationaldevelopment and reform.Through the questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics analysis method,this article takes city low income families as the object, make a comprehensive analysisthrough family scale, age structure, cultural level, employment and unemployment andjob motives, and further discuss the low employment from subjective and objective reasons.Through empirical research method, and combining with theoretical research andliterature materials, this article puts forward to some reasonable suggestions andmeasures of promoting employment.
