A Case Study Of The Promoting The Construction Of Social Credit System Of Chengdu

The construction of social credit system serves as the primary foundation of the market economy.The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed to take “improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promote the modernization of state governance system and governance capability” as an important goal of deepening the overall reforms.As an important part of social governance,social credit system plays a significant role in innovation management and maintaining social order.Currently,with China's construction of the social credit system still at its infancy,a number of problems are yet to be addressed,such as improving credit platforms,credit system and reward and punishment system.In addition,with its overall planning still full of problems,the frequent occurrence of breach of trust has,to a certain extent,restrained economic and social development.Therefore,there is still a long way to go to build an honest society.As one of the central cities of China and with a sound modern industrial system,Chengdu is large in size and population.Since 2015,seizing the opportunity of building the social credit system,Chengdu has vigorously promoted the construction of social credit system and made great achievements.The growing atmosphere of social honesty and sincerity in Chengdu has significantly and effectively promoted high-quality economic development.By analyzing Chengdu's experience in promoting the construction of social credit system,this thesis elaborates the construction process in aspects such as the collection and processing of credit information,joint discipline and brand building and concludes that social credit system construction is a systems engineering and it is necessary to accelerate the progress in aspects such as credit platform,information utilization and credit culture.In addition,Chengdu's current achievements made in building the social credit system has provides reference for other cities and regions and plays an important role in promoting the process of “delegating power and optimizing services” and improving social governance,deserving the attention of all levels of governments.
