Study On The Transformation Of The Discipline Inspection Supervision Accredited Institution

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, facing the new situation and new mission of combat corruption and uphold integrity, the Central Committee of the CPC have made a major decision to reform the party's discipline inspection system, the independence and authority of the discipline inspection and supervision organs have promoted to a new height. The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC formulated new requirements on the disciplinary inspection and supervision organ. These requirements include transformation of functions and changes in its working methods and work style, which illuminate a new direction for the Inspection Work under the new situation.The accredited institution is an important part of the discipline inspection and supervision system in our country, which plays an important role in fight against corruption. There are some factors such as system mechanism, ideological understanding and staff structure affected the transformation of the accredited institution's functions and changes in its working methods and work style.This paper takes the industry and information system of Luoyang city as an example, by analysis and research on the transformation of the discipline inspection supervision accredited institution, finds the existing problems and deep reason, and based on the advanced experience of other countries, puts forward policy recommendations on enhancing the supervision function of the accredited institution.
