A Study On The Community's Nostalgic Service To Improve The Sense Of Ownership Of The Old People's Community

China has entered an aging society,and the old people who are moving in as a special group in the elderly group have increasingly attracted the attention of the society.The old people who move with the old age will face many problems in their later years,and the academic circles will gradually increase their research.There are a lot of old people moving in the internship community.According to observations and interviews,most of the old people living in the community have a low sense of belonging.However,the relevant literatures have been consulted,and it is known that there are few studies on the sense of belonging of the old people in the community,and most of them are to discuss the integration and adaptation of the old people who are moving and the problem of old-age care.Based on this,the old people who are moving in the internship community are taken as research objects,and the community work methods and nostalgic services are used as specific service methods to study the improvement effect of the community belonging to the elderly.In this study,we used observations and interviews to understand the problems and needs of the elderly in the early stage,analyzed the reasons that affected the low sense of belonging in the community,and determined the community service methods and nostalgic services as specific service methods to improve the community of the elderly.A sense of belonging,and a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of practical activities,mainly from the service process,goal realization,satisfaction,to assess the effectiveness of the service,and finally summarize and reflect on the practice.Looking back at the whole process of practice,I found that there are many shortcomings in the use of community work combined with nostalgic activities,but the nostalgic service is in line with the characteristics of the elderly,which is easy to nostalgic,organizes nostalgic time photography activities,and attracts the participation of the community through free photo taking,thus helping social workers discover This part of the elderly group will guide the elderly with the community to establish initial contact with the community;organize nostalgic recreational games,use this entertaining and fun game activities,increase the participation of the elderly with the move,and improve the interaction with other elderly people.Borrowing nostalgic story sharing activities,helping old people to recall the time and stories of past experiences,establishing emotional connections,and increasing emotional distance;finally,guiding old people to establish their own “memory museum” to connect and share with them.Recollections have carriers,and thus continue to enhance the sense of belonging of the elderly community.Based on the feasibility and effectiveness of service technology and application,it provides a new exploratory application to improve the sense of belonging of the elderly community.
