| With the development of Internet technology,everyone can also become a journalist and editor,creating micro-content to meet the fragmented reading needs of people,but it also caused micro-copyrights to be infringed a lot,and at the same time undermining the creation environment,so the protection of micro-copyright is especially important in the moment.As the underlying technology of Bitcoin,blockchain technology has entered the people’s field of vision with the development of Bitcoin.Many advantages have attracted extensive attention in many fields.Copyright protection is an important field of its application.This paper uses literature analysis and case analysis to read a lot of literature on blockchain,micro-copyright protection,blockchain technology in the field of copyright protection,find micro-copyright infringement cases and application examples of blockchain technology in the field of copyright protection.This paper attempts to analyze some obstacles of micro-copyright protection from the legal,economic,copyright management and technical perspectives,and then proposes the specific application of blockchain technology in the field of micro-copyright protection from these perspectives.Through a large number of literature reading and case analysis,this paper first introduces the blockchain technology from three aspects of blockchain basic technology,working principle and characteristics,and proposes the technical basis of micro copyright protection.Furthermore,it summarizes the status quo of micro-copyright infringement,and analyzes the dilemma of micro-copyright protection from the weak awareness of users’ micro-copyright protection,the lag of legal protection and the balance of interests under technical protection.On this basis,in-depth analysis of the deep-rooted reasons of micro-copyright protection in the judicial,economic,copyright management,and technology,as well as a comparative analysis of the specific application of blockchain technology at home and abroad in copyright protection,drawing on the two in copyright protection Experience,this paper puts forward the application of blockchain technology in the field of micro-copyright protection,which is to simplify the micro-copyright registration from the legal point of view,improve the efficiency of rights protection,openthe authorization channel from the economic point of view,realize the content realization,and enhance the micro-copyright from the perspective of copyright management.The awareness of copyright asset management and the improvement of bargaining power in transactions outline the protection of micro-copyright by blockchain technology,and the effect of protecting the interests of copyright owners and maintaining the creative environment.Finally,the prospect of micro-copyright protection is discussed in terms of blockchain technology,and some suggestions on the possible problems of blockchain technology in specific applications are proposed. |
