Research On The Post Establishment And Management Of Public Institutions Of Wuhan

As an important part of the government's public sector and a major provider of public services,public institutions are organized and led by government departments to participate in the management of social affairs.For a long time,China's public institutions,while performing the functions of management and service,have attached their personnel system to the unified organ system all the year round [1].In recent years,the reform of the personnel system of public institutions has been deepened,the employment system of public institutions has been continuously promoted,and the fundamental role of post establishment management has become increasingly prominent.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the management policy of post setting in public institutions and relevant specific regulations in wuhan,conducts an empirical analysis of the existing practical problems,and puts forward the applicable theoretical basis and reasonable countermeasures for the management of post setting in public institutions.First of all,combined with the actual situation of national public institutions personnel management and policies and regulations,clearly defined the basic concepts of public institutions,post management,post setup,etc.,to explore the problems related to the post setup management of public institutions has a logical starting point.Secondly,this paper takes the post setting of public institutions in wuhan as an example,sorts out the practical problems in the post setting of public institutions in wuhan according to the actual situation of post setting management in wuhan,and analyzes the causes of these problems from the perspective of theory and practice.Finally,by summarizing the practical experience and theoretical exploration results,this paper makes an in-depth elaboration on the problem of post establishment management in public institutions by using the theory of job analysis,and explores and puts forward the path and countermeasures to optimize the post establishment management in public institutions.
