| The business unit is the foundation and strength of China’s science and education and other social undertakings development,provides the essential public services to social organizations in China,with the deepening of China’s reform of the administrative system of institutions,the traditional personnel management mode has not adapt to the rapid development of economy and society,institutions and personnel system reform in China to enter the substantive stage,by the end of 2011,has been basically set up the personnel system.The institution for set up a post management system is an important part of the employment reform institutions in the process,is the basis for the reform of the income distribution system of our country,is implemented by the identity management system innovation and policy adjustment in the transition to the post management,for the future development of important institutions and organizations.Post setting management is a complex and systematic work,establish institutions of position setting management,good management,will effectively stimulate the institutions to maximize the service availability,enthusiasm also helps to mobilize the staff of the institutions,so the research institutions have important significance of setting management positions.In addition to the introduction,this paper mainly expounds the following aspects.First of all,this paper analyzes the concept and theory of post management in public institutions.This paper expounds the basic meaning of the institution,post and post setting management,analyzes the design theory and career theory applied to the post setting management organizational structure.Secondly,it summarizes the necessity of putting forward the management,the policy basis and the implementation of post management.Again,through the investigation and analysis of the basic situation of setting management of Lingui district and Lingui district post,introduces the main achievements of Lingui institutions post setting management status and the present Lingui institutions post setting management problems,and the problems are analyzed.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the post management of public institutions.Set of enterprise job management in-depth research,to promote the cause of employment system reform,promote the further deepen reform of the cadre and personnel system,and further improve the institutions post scientific management to provide reference. |
