In recent years,with the continuous progress of politics,economy and society,there are more and more unstable factors affecting national security,social security and public security.the situation of social security has become more and more complex.As an effective means of monitoring,cameras have already played an irreplaceable role in urban security,public transport management and production control.However,most of the existing cameras can only collect and obtain video information from limited perspectives.The sense of spatial location is not strong,the overall linkage is difficult,and the target’s behavior in the region can not be fully understood.This greatly limits the role of the monitoring system.This paper proposes and constructs an Internet map system that integrates surveillance video information.In a low-cost and efficient way,the functions of location loading,storage management,attribute maintenance,statistical query and other map publishing of surveillance video information in 2D-3D Internet map are realized.So that the traditional and fragmented monitoring video information can be unified in space,more intuitive and accurate analysis and decision-making,and provide technical support for urban security,emergency management,disaster response and other industry applications.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)System front-end development,including 2D Internet map and 3D Internet map development.The development of 2D Internet map mainly includes the development of basic function modules of 2D map and video surveillance map.The basic function modules of 2D Internet map are based on open source OpenLayers architecture.The back end of video surveillance map module is based on Java development,and its video data comes from IP Camera.The development of 3D Internet map mainly includes the development of basic function modules of 3D map and three-dimensional model loading module.The basic function modules of 3D Internet map are implemented based on open source World Wind architecture.The bottom layer of the three-dimensional model loading module realizes the processing and rendering of KML/KMZ files.Its data comes from local or map server.(2)System back-end development,including business logic server and map server development.Business logic server is developed based on SSM(Spring+Spring MVC+MyBatis)architecture of B/S mode.Maven automation management tool is used for system construction and management.Its Web server uses a small open source Tomcat server,the system is built and managed with Maven automation management tools,and the Map server chooses the open source GeoServer server to publish geospatial data that conforms to the basic service specification of OGC.(3)The development of database management system uses PostgreSQL to manage business logic data and PostGIS to manage geospatial data.In the development of database management system,PostgreSQL is used to realize business logic data management,PostGIS is used to realize geospatial data management,and "monitoring site ID" is used as the associated field of business data and spatial data in the corresponding data table design to realize the linkage between spatial data and business data.
