Civil air defense alarm platform is an important part of national civil air defense engineering,related closely with national security and civil life and property.As a pivotal component of the platform,civil air defense alarm terminal provides bottom support for normal operation of the whole platform.Aiming at realistic problems existing during the maintenance and overhaul of alram terminal,this paper focuses on the monitoring system design of civil air defense alarm terminals based on internet of things.The monitoring system could effectively monitor alarm terminal,ensuring its normal operating condition and being of great significance to increasing efficiency during the maintenance and overhual of alarm terminal.Firstly,the paper analyses the structure of civil air defense alarm platform,elaborating on composition and working principle of alarm terminal,as well as explaining some essential monitoring factors about alarm terminal.Baesd on this,a whole design framework of the monitoring system is given.Also,according to different types of monitoring data,narrow band monitoring terminal and video monitoring terminal are designed.Secondly,according to the practical features of alarm terminal,the paper designs the whole hardware framework and hardware circuits of narrow band monitoring terminal.Based on communication protocol between narrow band monitoring terminal and monitoring platform,the software working process and major software modules are illustrated.In addition,hardware platform and modules are selected by the whole hardware framework of video monitoring terminal.Embeded software developing platform is established to develop application program realizing video capturing,compression encoding and network transmission.Finally,the whole monitoring system is tested.The test result of data interaction between narrow band monitoring terminal and monitoring platfrom demonstrates that the terminal could effectively monitor working voltage,decibel of alarm sounds and ambient data.Outlier data will be uploaded within 2 seconds,the same as issued command received.Data uploading interruption problems never occurs during long time operation of narrow band monitoring terminal,which meets the requirements of real-time and stability.Video monitoring terminal could execute real time monitoring on the scene of alarm terminal.The video transmitted to monitoring platform is clear and smooth,video resolution reaching 720 p and video frame rate reaching 25 fps.
