Research On The Deregulation Government Model

With the changes of the times,the inherent limitations of the traditional bureaucratic system are increasingly exposed.Government bureaucrats and scholars began to seek new ways to make the government operate more effectively.The transformation of the government governance model has become the trend of the times.The deregulation government model is one of the new governance models.Since the 1980 s,the non-control government movement has emerged,which is most prominent in Anglo-American countries.German-speaking countries and countries affected by Napoleon's tradition also participate.The model of deregulation government is mainly put forward in view of the characteristic of internal government control.It emphasizes reducing restrictive measures imposed on government staff,giving them some freedom,exerting their innovative ability,improving the efficiency,quality and vitality of the government,and better realizing public interests.This paper mainly focuses on the deregulation government model and combines some experiences and lessons learned by the governments of various countries in the reform of the deregulation,this paper makes a relatively systematic study of the model by using the research methods of case analysis and comparative analysis.Firstly,it introduces the connotation of the deregulation government model,the reasons for the rise in the West,and a process from other models to a deregulation government model.Secondly,it expounds the basic content of the deregulation government model,that is,the core elements and main features of the model.Thirdly,it discusses the subjective and objective conditions that must be possessed in the construction of the deregulation government model.Finally,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the deregulation government model.In-depth and systematic study of the deregulation government model can provide a reference for government reform and governance transformation.
