Since the disintegration of the Soviet Union,Russia has been established for 27 years.Russia's political development has not been smooth,and it can be described as difficult and even on the verge of decline.Although the political transition has been ups and downs,its political development has also had an impact on the world.The disintegration of the Soviet Union promoted the objective transformation of Russia.Its national policy and the direction of reforms have been receiving worldwide attention.In the current era,Russia's political pattern led by Putin is stable and good,forming a unique political pattern.Although the transformation result is successful,the process is full of problems and contradictions.This article takes the evolutionary course of Russian political development as the main research content,and explores the influencing factors and main characteristics of Russian politics in different periods.In the period of Yeltsin's administration,Putin's “eight years of governance” period,the "group of Medvedev and Putin" period and Putin “the third time "as the reign of the three main lines.The first chapter of the dissertation describes the historical background of Russian political development.Chapter two and Chapter three describe the three presidents who have carried out a series of reforms on the political situation in Russia during their term of office and have detailed measures for these reforms.A summary was made,including a brief evaluation of the background of the reform,the difficulties encountered in the reform process,and the impact of the reform.The author hopes to learn from China's political development for reference.Chapter four and Chapter five summarize the state of Russia's political urgency for stability after two decades of political reforms.In the final conclusion,the author briefly predicts the direction of Russian political development after Putin's fourth term: Given the remarkable political results at this stage,Putin will continue to use authoritarianism to lead Russia toward a more stable political structure,combined with the development of sovereign democracy.Establish a reliable democratic political system in Russia.
