Comprehensive Evaluation And Countermeasure Analysis Of Chengdu's Construction Of National Central City

The national central city is the apex of China's urban system and the node of the global urban network.It is the national economic,political and cultural center,and the foreign is the gateway and carrier for participating in international competition.The current changing global environment and the unbalanced development of China's internal regions make the layout and construction of the national central cities extremely urgent.This paper analyzes the Chengdu,a national central city in the southwest,and hopes to be Chengdu and other countries.Central city construction provides countermeasures and theoretical references.By reading and collating the existing research in the national central city,combined with the knowledge of urban management and public management,this paper forms the theoretical system and evaluation model of the national central city,and jumps out of the current national central city evaluation system.The function is to measure the status quo of the standard,and innovatively establishes the national central city evaluation index with the city's own strength,the city's hierarchical status and the urban development support conditions as the model layer,the urban function as the factor layer,and the identification and shaping as one.system.At the same time,based on the theoretical research,using the principal component-based factor analysis method,the panel data of the nine sample cities in 2000,2010 and 2017 are empirically analyzed,and the factors affecting the construction level of the national central city can be classified.For economic strength and traffic status factors,social public service factors,scientific and technological innovation and cultural level factors,international status factors,and ecological environment factors,and Chengdu's current performance in five factors are ecological environmental factors and international status.Factors,scientific and cultural strength factors,social public service factors,economic strength and traffic status factors,and based on this,propose policy recommendations for the construction of a national central city in Chengdu.
