Research On The Legal Regulation Of Christian Mission In Colleges And Universities

In recent years,religions mainly represented by Christianity have spread rapidly among college students in China.The phenomenon of missionary behavior in colleges and universities is growing day by day.The prevalence of Christian culture and religious activities are repeated.The development of student fellowship is rapid and the number of religious believers is rising.China's religious laws and regulations explicitly prohibit missionary and missionary activities in colleges and universities.However,the criminal activities of missionary behavior in colleges and universities have increased,which has greatly affected the management of religious affairs in China's colleges and universities.At the same time,some foreign religious forces,in particular,foreign Christian forces have also carried out political plots of religious infiltration in Chinese universities in various ways under the banner of religion.In order to effectively regulate the missionary behaviors in colleges and universities and resist the religious infiltration activities to college students in China from the legal point of view,this paper takes the missionary activities of Christianity in Chinese universities as the starting point and main research object,and studies from the following aspects.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly discusses the research background,value,method,literature review and so on.The second chapter grasps the Christian faith of college students in three universities in Sichuan by reading relevant literature,issuing questionnaires and holding seminars,and understands the basic situation of Christianity teaching in Chinese universities,and then explores the methods,characteristics,impact,and reasons of how Christianity spreads in Chinese universities.The third chapter combs China's religious policies and laws and regulations,and combines the current situation of missions in colleges and universities in China to discover China's legal mechanism's lacking part of resist the missionary behavior in colleges and universities,especially to resist the problems of foreign Christianity in the penetration of missions in Chinese universities.The fourth chapter puts forward the organic legal linkage mechanism against the missionary behaviors of overseas religions in Chinese universities from the aspects of legislation,law enforcement and law-abiding.
