Retired cadres are a valuable asset of the party and the country.They have made great contributions to China's democratic revolution,economic construction,and reform and opening up.At present,retired cadres are getting older,fewer and fewer,the number of retired cadres is increasing,the age is getting younger,and the retired cadres' service targets will be transformed from retired cadres to retired cadres.With the rapid development of China's social economy,the majority of retired cadres are not only satisfied with the treatment of pension,material pension,but also continue to enrich their spiritual and cultural life,provide them with cultural pension,let them have political superiority,There is a sense of belonging in the organization and a sense of well-being in life.This paper takes the retired cadre management reform as a research issue and is divided into four parts:The first part is an introduction.It focuses on the background,significance and methods of research questions.It briefly outlines the related concepts and related theoretical foundations of retired cadres.At the same time,it organizes the domestic and foreign research literatures for nearly ten years and finds that the research issues involve content and Not much,has a certain research value.The second part introduces in detail the practice of management reform of retired cadres in Wenzhou City.Through the implementation of political treatment,implementation of living treatment,organizational guidance,strengthening the construction of learning activities,and strengthening the construction of their own teams,Wenzhou City Innovative initiatives in the management of retired cadres.For example,the establishment of the retired cadre party work committee,the establishment of service retired cadres "one button",and the promotion of silver talent volunteer activities are all useful attempts in Wenzhou.The third part through the questionnaire survey,clarified the problems existing in the management reform of retired cadres in Wenzhou at the present stage,and carried out an in-depth analysis of the emergence of these problems.Although Wenzhou has carried out certain explorations and reforms on the management of retired cadres,there are still insufficient reforms and outstanding problems.The main reason is that the modern management concept and modern management methods are not well used,and the management of retired cadres is deeply promoted.The fourth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the management reform of retired cadres in Wenzhou.Specific ideas: use the "party building +" thinking,incorporate the work of the old cadres into the work pattern of the party building;promote the new model of community pension in the "four nearby" community,continuously improve the quality of service management of retired cadres;establish the "Internet +" awareness,use information technology Promote the role of retired cadres;use the "shared economy" thinking mode to continuously expand the extension of the learning activities of retired cadres;create a "big brothers" work pattern,and strive to promote the integration of the old institutions.
