Nowadays, the influx of diverse ideological trend has more and more impact on party members and cadres. The instruction of ‘the work on ideology counting most ’makes the work regarding ideological and theoretical education for party members and cadres more and more prominent. On the other hands, refinement of social division of labor puts forward higher requirements to administrative management as well. Furthermore, knowledge and skills’ training to party members and cadres becomes more and more frequent. As for being inefficient of the overall research on educational training, more often, like more strategic study on fragmentation of some organization or region, less united theories which are universal and guided, besides, more discussion on some concrete issues, less theoretical studies which are systematical.First of all, role-play lead-in. Main participants who take part in the educational training for party members and cadres and the trainees who participate in the practical teaching, are required to have role positioning with concept of role-play. By doing research on learning role conflict and role study leads to the model set-up for two fields separately, that is: macroscopic scale operating mechanism and microcosmic teaching practice. Secondly, do analysis to the problems relating to the regions which are macroscopic and microcosmic by means of theory of role conflict and role study as well as present own thoughts on how to solve it. Last but not least, within role-play theory and survey on part members and cadres who are from provincial institution which I have been working, claims on finding problems, reasons analysis and how to improve, have been proposed, with the purpose of doing contributions to the educational training regarding to the organization I have been working.As for as macroscopic scale operating mechanism concerned, by doing analysis on three categories which are role-outside, role-inside, and role-go-between, discussion on the problems and reasons about operation mechanism has been done and the ideas about how to better use the positive side of the conflict, without the negative side influence have been presented. Especially by talking about the conflicts between the role of party members and cadres from the communist party and the national cadre identity, detailed analysis on the boundaries and overlapping as party educational training have been given, which lay the foundation to the classification thereafter and phrasal role-play study.The role-play as being an adult of the party members and cadres by the means of being an adult learning theory which give the guidance to the role identification, comparing work, which are in stages and classification, to confirm the source used for training, diverse and abundant teaching methods which will enhance the role improvement.By analyzing the aspects above, combining reality concerning educational training to party members and cadres who are from the provincial organizations, three aspects( optimization on the relations to the organizations concerned, improvement on training stuff, and abundance of training formats) about how to strengthen improvement on party schools of Zhejiang provincial department have been illustrated.
