Research On The Service And Management Of Retired Cadres

Retired cadres is the key elements of the revolution,construction,reform and development of China and the precious wealth of our party and country.Our party always respect,love and take care of retired cadres.At present,most of the retired cadres without children and companion have already accessed to high age,high incidence period,been disturbance of self-care ability,even been long-term bedridden without any activities.People in the original unit also don't know or be familiar with them.For many new problems appear in the retired cadres service and management,this article take the F area as an example has an in-depth study on how to imply efficient service and management through science of public management,historical analysis,literature methodology,questionnaire,empirical research with Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and social embeddedness theory.Based on the experience of pension service in developed countries,combining the service management of retired cadres and the development trend of aging society,this article sorts out the existing problems and suggests on how to improve the service management of retired cadres.In this paper,the first part introduces the research background,significance and methods of the problem;The second part summarizes definitions of retired cadres,service management,the main contents of service management,relevant theoretical support and endowment patterns;The third part mainly describes the present service and management work of retired cadres in F area;The fourth part analyses the problems of retirement political treatment,material amenities and the problems in management and service team in F area;The fifth part introduces the pension services in developed countries?...
