| Under the precondition of the aging of China’s population,the existing management system of retired cadres is difficult to meet the basic needs of the retired people.At the same time,China’s retired cadres are facing changes in two aspects,on the one hand,retired cadres for the elderly and the overall access to multiple-disease period;On the other hand,in today’s population aging structure,the number of retired cadres is more and more,so life can not self-care,economic constraints of the proportion of so that the state will attach importance to this group and study the proper resettlement policy.For the kind of situation,the Government should do a good job in the treatment of retired cadres,from health care,spiritual comfort,difficult to aid and supervision and management.In this paper,the government institutions and enterprises partly in line with the retired cadres as the research object.Firstly,analyzed the current research situation at home and abroad,at the same time,the relevant theory was discussed;Secondly,it introduces the problems and causes of the reform of the treatment of retired cadres in China;Finally,from perfecting policy specific recommendations were made in three aspects of sound institutional mechanisms and innovative ways and means.At present,there are differences in China’s treatment between different industries,regions and occupations.The existence of these distinctions not only aggravates the unstable factors of society,but also violates the norms of social justice.Therefore,how to solve the problem of the imbalance in the treatment of retired cadres in China,so that the treatment of retired cadres more equitable,rationalization and standardization is the main purpose of this article. |
