Research On The Reform Of Public Goods Supply In Local Government Under The Theory Of Governance

The supply of public goods has always been an important function of the government.The government plays an important role in the supply of public goods in China,but there are many problems in the supply of public goods in China,especially in local governments.There are low supply efficiency,uneven regional supply,insufficient supply,rent-seeking and corruption of local governments,and low enthusiasm of local governments.In order to better meet people's demand for public goods,achieve high efficiency and high quality in the supply of local governments,promote economic development,and better promote the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,or even in order to win the comprehensive building of a moderately prosperous society.To win the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the local government of our country must carry on the reform of public goods supply.By consulting and collecting information and combining the actual situation in China,the country's governance capacity and system of governance have been modernized,and the theory of governance has been continuously developed.Therefore,the supply of public goods for local governments in China needs to refer to the cooperative network model mentioned in the governance theory to carry out supply reforms.It is necessary to get rid of the shortcomings of the previous government failure,market failure,and the failure of voluntary organizations.This paper studies the reform of the supply of public goods in local government under the theory of governance,relocates the relationship between the government,the market and the society,so that the three cooperate with each other and supervise each other to jointly provide public goods,and promotes the rationalization of the supply of public goods in local government.First of all,the supply of public goods needs to form a network model in which the government,the market and the society divide and cooperate,and the relevant laws and regulations must be improved to support it.At the same time,it is necessary to guard against the lack of government responsibility,the lack of supervision mechanism and the excessive marketization under the governance theory.Therefore,the research on the reform of the supply of public goods in local government under the theory of governance needs to further change the functions of the government,completely break its monopoly position,the responsibility of supplying public goods,and the responsibility of supplying public goods,and by local governments in China should also be improved continuously,so as to promote the diversification of market supply and establish a fair guarantee mechanism of supply.Finally,we must promote the further development of social organizations,but we must strengthen social supervision and strengthen its self-restraint ability,so as to jointly promote the efficiency and quality of the supply of public goods to local governments in China.We will increase people's satisfaction with life and improve their standard of living,so as to better implement the report of the 19 th National Congress to improve security,improve people's livelihood,and strengthen and innovate social governance,thus laying a solid foundation for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.
