Research On Copyright Protection Of Traditional Media News Works Under The Background Of Media Convergence

With the development of media convergence in the deep direction,the time left for the transformation of traditional media is not much,and the transformation of traditional media has become more and more difficult.Copyright has become a strategic resource for the transformation of traditional media fusion,and the copyright protection of news works has been paid more and more attention by traditional media.From combing the "news attribute" and "copyright attribute" of the copyright of news works,found that the substantive cause of copyright dispute is the distribution of benefits between old and new media,which is the contradiction.In the context of globalization,the protection of news works has become more complex,and it is necessary to consider the knowledge and information difference between international and domestic,information rich and information poor.Starting from the two aspects of wanton aggregation of the most controversial news aggregation service platforms and the overflow of self-Media "laundering" phenomenon,this paper analyses the main disputes of copyright protection of traditional media news works at present,including creative works,current affairs news,in-depth links,rational use and legal licensing.At the same time,the lag in the concept of copyright protection hinders the dissemination and free circulation of information,and news works do not maximize their value.From the analysis of three main modes of copyright protection: legal protection,Media Copyright Protection Alliance and third party rights agencies,it is found that the copyright protection of traditional media news works has different degrees of predicament,which can not play a good regulatory effect on copyright infringement.Based on the above analysis,from the enlightenment of the experience of copyright protection abroad,the old and new media cooperate with each other and realize the best choice.The copyright protection should be the main technical path,legal path,copyright control and the popularization of media and information literacy education,to enhance the social public copyright awareness of several paths to expand.
