Today,with the rapid development of the Internet,the network united front of colleges and universities has gradually become the main direction and research focus of the work of the united front.However,at present,there are few studies on the network united front work in colleges and universities,and the methods are relatively simple.They do not fully consider the characteristics of college network united front work,mostly descriptive research,lack of theoretical research models and quantitative analysis of data.Therefore,this paper combines the status quo of university network united front work in Wuhan,integrates customer satisfaction model,two-way balance principle in public relations,e-government satisfaction model and information system success model,and puts forward the network network united work satisfaction evaluation model.The model includes seven variables: information quality,system quality,service quality,interaction level,subject image,social impact and security privacy.It also assumes the relationship between variables and satisfaction,collects data through interviews and questionnaires,and combines SPSS and AMOS conducted a statistical analysis.The research results show that information quality,system quality,service quality,interaction level,subject image and social impact have a positive and significant impact on college network unitedness satisfaction,while security and privacy have not had a significant impact on satisfaction.This research result not only can expand the application field of customer satisfaction,but also provides a reference model for the objective evaluation of the work effect of the united front department of colleges and universities.
