In the era of information coexisting in multimedia, media literacy has become the basic literacy of citizens. The traditional one-way linear propagation mode has been subverted, and the interconnected network communication model has caused great changes in politics, economy, culture and society.Specific to the political field,on the one hand, the development of the network awakens the civic awareness and enhances the public's willingness to participate in politics;on the other hand,it also greatly enhances the government's efficiency of accessing, processing and publishing information. The new media era has challenged the information control ability, public opinion guidance ability, and govern ability of the United Front cadres. The united front department shoulders the heavy responsibility of uniting forces. In order to better carry out the united front work in the new era and maintain the network image of the united front department, the media literacy training of the united front cadres has been put on the agenda. In view of the fact that the organization is an important place to cultivate the media literacy of the United Front cadres,it is necessary and feasible to explore the factors affecting the media literacy of the United Front cadres from the perspective of organization.Based on the theoretical perspectives of media dependence theory, organizational support theory and opinion leader theory, this paper explores the influence of organizational support, organizational cooperation and organizational division of labor on the media literacy of the United Front cadres, and establishes a theoretical model of organizational factors affecting media literacy.Take the Wuhan United Front Cadre as an example, collect data through questionnaires, field interviews, etc.,and use multiple regression methods to empirically influence the influence of organizational factors on media literacy.Studies have shown that higher organizational support and organizational cooperation will lead to higher media literacy level of the United Front cadres, with the greatest impact on organizational cooperation;and gender, age, education and other adjustment variables will also affect the media literacy level of the United Front.Through pre-interviews and descriptive statistical analysis,it is found that the media view of the cadres of the United Front needs to be improved. At the same time, the media literacy training courses need to be strengthened. With the help of the organization, the information disclosure, supervision and positive expression of the united front cadres can be improved, and all-round and more Targeted media literacy training system.
