The communist youth league of China is an organization of advanced youth under the leadership of the communist party of China(CPC).It is an extremely important destination and reliance for the majority of young people in China and plays an extremely important role in the process of uniting,organizing,educating and guiding young people.With the great changes and development of The Times,the working objects,working environment,external conditions and organizational forms of the league have undergone great changes.The trend of The Times drives the league to take the initiative to change its own structure,function,mechanism and activity mode.Differentiation,at the same time,the community youth club,youth social problem increasingly,the Internet big data provides diverse demand to meet with many possible,youth group structure and youth on its traditional organizations have more expectations and requirements,also have more judgment and choice,"improve the group's attraction and cohesion" and "effective expansion of the regiment covered" needs to solve.From the perspective of the communist youth league,the county-level youth league committee plays a pivotal role in the work pattern of the whole league,serving as a bridgehead and a frontier post to promote the work of the whole league.This article through the relevant theoretical research and the change of the communist youth league organizations function,using the method of questionnaire and individual interview,with the county to study the present situation of the functional change of the communist youth league organizations,found that the reform in the implementation of the existing problems and reasons,put forward to promote the reform and organizational functions better with the county,the communist youth league work path,namely the outstanding youth oriented,change the style of work,system guarantee and promote the innovation and development,highlight the main responsibility for its main business,strengthen basic construction.At the same time,it provides reference for the reform of grassroots communist youth league in China,and the communist youth league in the new era to adapt to the characteristics and needs of youth,change its own functions and better adapt to the economic and social development.
