| The Communist Youth League of China, founded and leaded by the Chinese Communist Party, is the advanced youth’s public organization with glorious revolutionary tradition. It is not only the school for the youth to practice communist in the reality, but also the assistant and reserved force of our party. The Communist Youth League of China, under the firm guidance of our party, has always hinged around the central missions of all the historical periods. It makes contributions to lead all the youth to actively join in the practice of revolution, construction and reform and plays an important role in working as the fresh troop and shock brigade.With the rapid development of the economic society, great changes have taken place in the flow distribution, value orientation and action fashion of the youth under the new circumstances. The mobilization mechanism, work methods and organization building of the Communist Youth League of China can not adapt to the mission now, which have influenced the cohesiveness and impact on the youth. Urgent problems needed to be solved are how to enhance and improve the work of the organization, realize the transform development and consolidate the ruling foundation of our party on the new starting point.According to the problems mentioned above, this thesis, under the guidance of the new thoughts of the 18 th session conference of the National People’s Congress and the 17 th session conference of the Communist Youth League of China, proposes the direction, content and demand for the organization’s working transformation from the perspective of function orientation, organizational form and operating mechanism and actively finds out the way to build new work pattern for the organization on the basis of summarizing the development of the organization and analyzing the current new circumstances. These have great realistic and practical significance in solving the problems mentioned above and improving the scientific work proficiency of the organization so as to consolidate and enlarge our party’s ruling foundation in the youth and encourage all the youth to fight for the Chinese Dream, which aims to realize the great rejuvenation of China.This thesis consists of four parts as follows: The first part classifies the basic process of the Communist Youth League of China into four period. Through the review of the more than 90 years’ development, this thesis concludes three experiences, they are: the organization should always adhere to the form leadership of our party, should tightly hinge around our party’s central missions in different historical periods to work and should always insist on reform and making process and provide enlightenment for the work transformation in next period.The second part analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the organization under the new circumstances from the perspectives of working environment, working objects and working subjects. Therefore, transformation is great need for the development of the organization and it is imperative.The third part proposes the directions and methods for the transformation under the new circumstances from the aspects of thoughts, functional orientation, organization form, mobilization method, operating mechanism and working force. This part also expounds the problems as where to transform and how to transform.The fourth part discuses the five aspects needed notice during the transformation under the new circumstances. The aspects are as follows: firmly adhere to the political nature of the Communist Youth League of China, insist on building the framework by the law, persist in govern the organization by own, stick to people first and serving the youth and persevere in the combination of inheritance and innovation. |
