The Research On The Dissolution Of Disputes From Labor Contracts In Tangshan

The harmony in labor relations is the foundation of social overall harmony,the maintenance of balance of interests between employers and employees,and the construction of harmonious and orderly labor relations are the important guarantee to promote the steady development of the whole society.This paper re-examine the disputes of labor contract in Tangshan during the social stage of supply-side reform,which is based on the new normal of China's economic.Based on the theories which are summed up in the dispute treatment of labor contract in China,the suggestions on comprehensive labor contract disputes treatment are proposed,in order to resolve the labor contract disputes in Tangshan by perfecting the mediation mechanism of labor contract disputes resolving,focusing on how to resolve labor contract disputes in Tangshan.Combined with the requirements of economic structure and supply-side structural reform in Tangshan.The analysis of characteristics and causes of labor contract disputes is also objectively provided in this paper,pondering the treatment mechanism for disputes resolving in labor contracts in order to find out measures and countermeasures.This paper probes into the methods and ideas of constructing harmonious labor relations in Tangshan.The innovation of this research is that the viewpoint conforms to the current economic background and the countermeasure fits the local labor contract condition in Tangshan,it conforms to the characteristics of labor contract dispute research and the inseparable time background.The thesis closely unifies the background that China takes out the backward production capacity,treat the pollution and reduce the gas emissions for economic structure transformation.By analyzing the characteristics and causes of labor contract disputes,measures and countermeasures are provided after researching on new characteristics and problems of the current labor contract in Tangshan.
