Fire,as one of the irreversible natural disasters in nature,once they occur,will directly endanger life and property.According to statistics,home fire accounts for a high proportion of fire in all places.However,the existing household fire extinguishers are not well targeted,which is not conducive to the victims to extinguishing and save themselves in home fire.Therefore,it is very important to redesign the household fire extinguisher from the family point of view.The methods of Association Data Mining and Affective Design are applied for design research in this paper.Firstly,the theories of Association Data Mining are sorted out,and the application process of Association Data Mining in the field of household fire extinguisher products is analyzed and summarized.Secondly,the author analyzes the home fire environment,the status of household fire extinguishers and the psychological and behavioral characteristics of household fire extinguisher users,and provides a theoretical basis for subsequent related data mining.Furthermore,the author extracted 6 configuration variables and 10 Kansei words of household fire extinguisher for user evaluation.300 household fire extinguisher users with experience in using or purchasing are selected to evaluate 6 types of household fire extinguisher by using the extracted Kansei words.All1800 evaluation records establish a database of affective evaluations of household fire extinguisher.Through Association Data Mining,more than 100 original association rules are obtained.5 high-quality association rules are discovered through Screened and extracted by conjoint analysis.Combined user characteristics,the auther evaluates and analysis the availability of 5 high-quality association rules.And according to high-quality association rules,identifies target users and product functions,and proposes design strategies.Finally,according to the filtering association rules,further locate users and product functions,and propose design strategies.And verify the feasibility of the research design strategy through the design of household fire extinguisher products.The paper explores from 3 dimensions of users,internal environment,and existing household fire extinguishers,which involves knowledge systems related to Data Mining,Affective Design and psychology.And extracts the association rules between users and household fire extinguisher to guide the design of household fire extinguisher to improve the efficiency of self-rescue in home fire.Figure 81,table 28,reference 53.
