Research On County-level TV Politics From The Perspective Of Political Communication

With the continuous advancement of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,the political communication between local governments and the masses has become an important way to improve their governance capacity and social governance efficiency,an important condition for the development and improvement of the local political system,and an indispensable driving force for the sound operation of local decision-making institutions.As a "visual" platform for political communication and multi-agent co governance,tv politics enables local government officials to directly talk with the masses and respond on the spot under the tv lens,which not only enables many livelihood issues to attract the high attention of the relevant departments of local government in time,and then enables them to implement the rectification within a certain period of time,but also expresses the interest demands for the masses and promotes "government and people" benign consultation and dialogue provide a convenient platform.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for local governments to build a social governance pattern of co governance and sharing.This paper takes the program of "people's dialogue" of Mengcheng County TV station in Anhui Province as an example,with the support of the theory of political communication and multi-agent co governance,and with the small as the big,through the inspection of the operation state of the program of county-level government's TV politics,in order to provide experience for improving the effect of political communication of the program of county-level TV politics,at the same time,enrich the research content in related fields.For this reason,this paper combs the domestic and foreign scholars' research results on political communication,multi-agent co governance theory,television politics and so on,in order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.It is necessary to interpret the case in an all-round way.Then,the paper reviews the development process of Mengcheng County TV station's "people's dialogue"--the program of tv politics,summarizes the characteristics of each stage of the program's development process with typical cases,and verifies the political communication map of TV asking for political affairs in stages based on the four elements of communication subject,communication content,communication channel and communication feedback,and then completes to show the whole process of the operation of the "people's dialogue" political column.The program of "people's dialogue" promotes the modernization of the governancesystem and capacity of Mengcheng County Government,but it also encounters some problems that need to be solved urgently,such as the representation of the participants is not strong,the content of the program is not systematic enough,the flexibility of the TV program is not enough,and the feedback response effect is not good.These problems are related to the participants of the program,the topics of the program,the program recording and the scene there is a certain correlation with the follow-up response.For this reason,the paper makes a rational analysis from four dimensions: the subject,the object,the content and the channel.After exploring the generative logic behind the questions,this paper actively uses the experience of similar programs in China for reference,with the support of the theory of political participation and multiple co governance,and puts forward targeted strategies on how to further improve the political communication effect of county-level TV programs in terms of participants,content,channels and feedback.
