Research On Government Supervision Of Enterprise Credit In Zhenjiang City

In the development of modern market economy,credit,as the basis of market transaction and investment,plays a vital role in bridging market investment transaction and government supervision.To economic society character,without credit,do not have order,market economy cannot develop healthily.The outline of the social credit system construction plan(2014-2020)mentioned that we should comprehensively promote the construction of social credit system,improve the economic and social operating environment,and enhance the whole society's sense of honesty and credit level.As one of the main bodies of the market,enterprises are the important demanders and suppliers of "credit".Enterprise credit is also the core component of social credit system.It plays a very important role in standardizing market economic order,improving the construction of social credit system,promoting the development of enterprises themselves and cultivating social credit culture.China's credit system construction started late,the credit supervision system is not perfect,the government's supervision measures are not in place,and the enterprise's sense of keeping faith is not strong.These reasons lead to the serious lack of enterprise credit in our country.The poor credit condition has become a weak link in the development of our socialist market economy.Fake dealing,contract fraud,loan default and debt evasion have plunged many enterprises into a serious credit crisis.In recent years,the outbreak of food and drug safety problems such as "poisonous milk powder" and "fake vaccine" has directly brought a devastating blow to enterprises.The lack of corporate credit has aroused public anxiety and suspicion about honesty,affected social harmony and stability,and restricted the healthy development of our social economy to a certain extent.In order to better regulate the order of market economy,improve the level of social credit,satisfy the people's yearning for and pursuit of a better life,it is necessary and imperative to strengthen the supervision of enterprise credit and improve the system measures.General Secretary Xi Jinping also pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress that we should deepen the reform of the commercial system and improve the market supervision system.This puts forward higher requirements for government supervision of enterprise credit and honest operation of market subjects.Government departments,especially the market supervision and management departments,have the responsibility of creating an honest and orderly market environment and a safe and reassuring consumption environment.At the same time,they also shoulder the important functions of enterprise credit supervision and management.While pushing forward the reform of commercial system and relaxing market access,we should take credit supervision as the core content of building a modern market supervision system,strengthen theoretical research,combine practical work,gradually establish a government supervision mechanism of enterprise credit which is more in line with the reality of local socio-economic development in the process of exploration,and effectively improve the overall level of government supervision of enterprise credit.This paper chooses Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province as the research object,takes Zhenjiang City's enterprise credit government supervision as the research object,uses the relevant theories of public management and economics,and combines with the government function of enterprise credit supervision,through the work practice of Zhenjiang City's enterprise credit government supervision,carries on the analysis and research.This paper studies the basic concepts and theories,refers to the advanced experience at home and abroad,combines the current situation and problems of Zhenjiang's enterprise credit government supervision,deeply analyses its phenomena and causes,and on this basis,puts forward some effective measures or suggestions to improve Zhenjiang's enterprise credit government supervision,so as to further enhance the level of Zhenjiang's enterprise credit government supervision and promote the healthy development of social credit system in Zhenjiang City.
