| In 2014,the Interim Regulations on Enterprise Information Publicity established the enterprise credit information publicity system in the form of administrative regulations.The implementation of the enterprise credit information publicity system adapts to the actual needs after the reform of the commercial system,can effectively improve the efficiency of government supervision,and is of great significance to maintaining the market transaction order and promoting fair competition.The enterprise credit information publicity system has played an important role in credit supervision for several years,but it is undeniable that many problems have emerged in the implementation process.This paper takes the enterprise credit information publicity system in Yunfu as the research object.Combined with the actual situation and investigation results,this paper summarizes the problems after the implementation of the enterprise credit information publicity system in Yunfu City.Then combined with practice and theory,it is found that the defects of system formulation and the imperfection of supporting system lead to the emergence of problems.At the same time,through the study of specific cases,the behavior choice of participants is analyzed from the theory of interest groups.It is found that the self-interest and misunderstanding of responsibility of participants will have an impact on their behavior.Finally,this paper explores the optimization suggestions of the system from the perspectives of legal guarantee,system design,system restraint mechanism,system supervision mechanism,information sharing platform construction and informal system construction. |
