The Research Of The Inspection Of The Cadres In District B Of Wuxi

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the value of the inspection work has been greatly enhanced.It has become an important way to further supervise the work of party members and cadres and strengthen the strict management of the party.At the same time,it has completed the comprehensive coverage of inspection and supervision on the historical level.The result is better.With the promulgation of the supervision law,the object of supervision has expanded to all public officials who exercise public power.In order to fully promote and expand the scope of inspection supervision,some regions have chosen to use the method of central inspection as a template to actively carry out the inspection of cadres.This paper takes the inspection work of the cadres in Area B of Wuxi City,Jiangsu Province as the research object,and conducts in-depth and comprehensive investigation and research on the inspection work.The starting point of this paper lies in the government's internal supervision and power restriction theory,and makes full use of literature research,case analysis,interviews and other means for comprehensive research.First,the theoretical level of the inspection and inspection work is summarized and sorted out,the basic meanings of inspections and inspections are explained,and the similarities and differences between inspection supervision and inspection supervision are deeply analyzed.Secondly,it summarizes the future development of the construction and work of the B-zone inspection agency,and conducts in-depth discussions on the specific patrol inspection work.It should cover:establish relevant systems,standardize management of the inspection operation process;innovate inspection methods,focus on discovering outstanding problems;promptly supervise and rectify the problems found to ensure the effectiveness of inspection results.Third,fully combine the actual situation and the content of the interviews,and take stock of the problems that occurred during the inspection process in Area B.It is found that institutional mechanisms are not scientific enough,the inspection team could not keep up with the situation,difficult to find valuable problem clues-the implementation of rectification is not in place,the use of inspection results is not enough.Meanwhile,deeply dissecting the root cause of the problem,and refining the main reasons for the five aspects,including the connection between the inspection system and the supervision law is imperfect,the level of the inspection team needs to be improved,the problem is easily affected by human factors,the implementation of the rectification lacks rigid constraints,and the application mechanism is not strict enough.Fourth,learning from the operation modes of the remaining mature areas and the excellent development experience,and propose improvement measures for the cadres' inspection work in combination with the actual situation of the B-zone in Wuxi City,including strengthen the design of the top layer,improve the precision of supervision,strengthen the construction of the inspection team,ensure the inspection and rectification,and highlight the comprehensive application of inspection results.In a word,cadre inspection is an effective link between the in-depth inspection of the inspection and the supervision law,so that the supervision can cover all aspects.Because the city and county inspection system is still in the initial stage of creation,and still continue to explore and strengthen,the relevant suggestions and methods for optimizing the inspection work of the B-zone cadres in Wuxi City can be part of the reference.
