The paper studied the object- the Party inspection work systems, is such a need to be examined and upgraded to the legal system-level issues.China’s political life in the inspection system is no stranger to natural, some countries or regions in the world today, also has a good development. And in fact, as early as the Han Dynasty two thousand years ago, by the precepts of the inspection system and other forms to achieve, we have been very perfect. According to the expression of the moment, is the legal standardization inspections, which for research and development of the Party inspection system, have to say is an extremely important asset. Of course, the implementation of this wealth to the current practice is to promote the improvement of inspections regime from the perspective of legalization.
