Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Village Cadres In The New Era

With the development of China's social economy and the accelerated development of urbanization,China's new rural construction has achieved very remarkable results,and significant changes have taken place in all aspects of culture,politics and economy.As an executor in the construction of new rural areas,the significance of village cadres in the construction of new countryside is very significant.Therefore,in the process of building a new countryside,we should pay attention to cultivating the sense of responsibility and legal awareness of cadres and enhance their overall quality.This is also a key project in the process of building a new countryside.This paper makes a systematic analysis of the problems of assessment and motivation based on the perspective of grass-roots village cadres,and it is divided into five parts.The first part focuses on the content,significance,concept and purpose of the incentive mechanism for village cadres.The second part first focuses on the role of village cadres to discuss and define,at the same time on this basis to determine the content of this article,that is,the village cadres social function of the realization of the problem;The third part is to combine the actual cases-the current stage of Huadu village cadres and enthusiasm and other aspects of the specific analysis,the final analysis of village cadres enthusiasm and lack of innovation of the important factors;The fourth part designs the corresponding incentive mechanism based on the condition that the incentive satisfies the criterion and synthesizes the content of the third part.Through the combination of theory and practice,the application of the incentive mechanism is more applicable and targeted.In the fifth part,the author systematically analyzes the incentive mechanism developed above from various angles and levels,and further verifies the pertinence and applicability of the incentive mechanism.
