Research On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Ruian Old-age Service Institutions

With the increasing aging of the population in China,the problem of providing for the aged has become one of the main social problems that need to be solved for a long time.The construction of the old-age service institutions is an important part of the construction of the old-age service system,A thorough study on how to improve and implement the construction of the old-age service institutions is not only an important measure to cope with the aging of the population and alleviate the pressure of the old-age,but also of great significance to the construction of a socialist harmonious society.This paper chooses the construction of the old-age service institutions in Ruian City as the research object,combs and analyses the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the old-age service institutions in Ruian City on the basis of on-the-spot investigation and interviews,and finds that the construction of the old-age service institutions in Ruian City has several problems,that is single type and level,low quality,unbalanced spatial distribution and irregular operation and so on.The causes of these problems are discussed in the following aspects: low recognition of old-age service institutions,imperfect policies related to institution building,lack of planning for institution building,and inadequate supervision of institution building.We put forward several suggestions for the construction of administrative institutions,such as guide social capital to participate in the construction of old-age service institutions,improve relevant policies for the construction of old-age service institutions,standardize the construction and management standards of old-age service institutions,improve the development planning of old-age service institutions,establish a balanced and pluralistic layout of old-ageservice institutions,and improve the supervision and security of old-age service institutions.This paper takes Ruian City,a coastal county-level city that has entered the aging stage,as the research object,in order to provide some theoretical references for the construction of the old-age service institutions in Ruian City,and at the same time,provide reference for similar construction in other cities with small ideas and big points,or promote other scholars to study the related issues in the field of urban old-age pension more thoroughly,so as to build a harmonious society.Aging societies add bricks and bricks.
