Discusses the basic life care, medical care and nursing, safety nursing, leisure and entertainment services, service of mental health services, and a series of problems, the existence of nursing homes in Jinzhou city have been found in the survey interview for example: serving the state pension institutions as service users and service providers the elderly nursing staff and workers there are differences on the quality of service, pension institutions scale is insufficient, poor infrastructure, service project a single, the lack of nursing staff, policy support is not enough etc.. To solve these problems, and puts forward some suggestions and measures, increase capital construction, gradually resolve the contradictions inside the old man and the workers and staff appeared in nursinghomes, and to establish a mechanism for elderly service oriented, to increase the nursing staff training, put forward the nursing service for old-age institutions from the policies and regulations requirements, and to cultivate intermediary organizations, increase the volunteer team, perfect the construction of the service system of standardization etc.. All these need government, society and pension institutions themselves together, so as to improve the quality of life of the elderly pension institutions, to promote family harmony, so that the development of Chinese Nutrition old body better.
