In China, 80 percent of the total population is rural, of which about60% are poor. In order to achieve a comprehensive rule of law the rule of law in rural areas is essential. Nowadays, rural social the widespread lack of legal services, farmers rights and interests cannot get legal protection. Therefore, in new period of deepening reform,propulsion and improve the construction of rural legal service system, realize the legal potency in rural society becomes the key.Ruian City, Zhejiang Province rural legal status, existing problems and reasons, and in the light of the proposed specific measures to improve the legal service system in the countryside were analyzed, and the investigation on the current situation of Chinese rural legal services as the basis, based on case analysis, questionnaire investigation and study analysis method. The main results are as follows:Ruian rural legal service content mainly includes the people's mediation, legal services, legal aid, notary service. With the development of rural society and economy,Ryan legal service for farmers demand also continues to expand. Through the investigation and study found Ruian legal service in the countryside there is a relative lack of narrow range of legal services and legal dispute processing way is single, legal service agencies set unreasonable and legal service personnel and other issues, analyze the reasons of the problems, these problems, mainly by rural economic conditions restrict, weak legal awareness of farmers, litigation cost is higher, shortage of funds for legal services,occupational environment, such as poor factors. Finally, I from improve farmers' legal consciousness, reduce the cost of litigation, expanding the sources of financial services,broaden the public legal service platform, strengthen personnel allocation, improve the rural legislation put forward specific measures to improve the legal service system in the countryside.
