Research On The Implementation Of Prize Reporting System For Traffic Violations From The Perspective Of Game Theory

With the development and popularization of mechanized vehicles and the decrease of travel costs,the travel frequency,travel distance and time used for traffic activities of traffic participants are rising rapidly.The number of traffic violations,traffic congestion and traffic accidents caused by these violations is also increasing.At the same time,the traffic safety management department is restricted by various conditions,and it is difficult to synchronize with the above traffic variables in terms of scientific and technological control,facilities investment,police force support and so on.It is timely to detect and punish/stop illegal acts,so that the subjects who commit illegal acts get much more than those who choose to abide by the law.Benefits,objectively laissez-faire and indulge the behavior of the illegal subject.These traffic violations,which can not be investigated and dealt with in time,directly or indirectly infringe on other people's Legitimate Travel rights and interests,breed potential safety hazards in life,health and property.At the same time,the negative externalities of road traffic accidents,traffic congestion,imitation of illegal acts caused by these violations result in great social cost wastage and waves.Fei.In order to effectively suppress and offset the negative effects brought by the above traffic violations,this paper,from the perspective of game theory,looks at the demands and income differences of "illegal-law-abiding","laissez-faire-reporting","punishment-reward" and other acts among different actors with mutual interest conflicts in the process of road traffic management.Inspection,through the establishment of law-abiding drivers and illegal drivers,traffic safety management departments and illegal drivers,illegal drivers and law-abiding drivers under the implementation of "rewarding reporting" game income matrix for game equilibrium analysis,it is concluded that "rewarding reporting of traffic violations" can create complete information dynamics in the traffic game.The game field promotes drivers to gradually form Nash equilibrium of "breaking the law and losing money" and "gaining by obeying the law" in repeated traffic games with the participation of traffic safety management departments.Combining with the actual situation of road traffic safety management in Kunming downtown area,this paper demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of implementing the rewarding reporting system for traffic violations,studies and puts forward the focus and grasp of implementing the system,and deduces that the roads in Kunming downtown area have the necessary conditions for rewarding reporting traffic violations.? By establishing corresponding systems and maintaining them well,we can promote the goal of reducing traffic violations,improving road traffic efficiency and reducing loss of life and property as much as possible in a short period of time and with small investment.At the same time,we can encourage traffic participants to form habits from "heteronomy" to "self-discipline".Furthermore,we should create a traffic atmosphere of "respecting the law,abiding by the rules and making sense",safe and civilized travel,and promote the realization of the goal of orderly,safe,unimpeded,civilized and harmonious road traffic.
