The Research On The Road Traffic Violations

The implementation of the national transportation strategy facilitates the road transportation to develope at a great speed.In recent years,the mileage of highway traffic has grown rapidly,and motor vehicle ownership together with the number of drivers has also grown apace. In addition,both the condition of the roads and performance of the vehicles gradually ameliorated.Nevertheless,those favorable conditions created for people to travel around resulted in common traffic problems such as traffic congestion,chaos as well as frequent traffic accidents.The major reason for the problems mentioned above,apparently,is traffic violations.This paper will propose corresponding countermeasures and bulid prevention and control measures of traffic violation through researching traffic violations and integrating the actual situations of road traffic,aiming at reducing traffic violations and the losses they lead to.According to the fundamental principles and methods of traffic engineering, pscycology, jurisprudence and behavioristics, we researched the factors and traits of traffic violations, and deeply analysed the mechanism of how those violations emerged.Secondly, from an economic angle, we made game analysis on the traffic violations, built the game model, and made further analysis on internal factors of the violations emergency, applying principles and methods of economics, management and game theory.Third, the identified indicators of key traffic violations, including N, D, I, E. Using gray forecasting model to predict and process indicators,the index value is calculated to determine the focus of road traffic violations, and case analysis. Prioritization of road traffic violations and conducted in-depth analysis.Fourth, define violation of the principles of prevention and control of traffic violation. From traffic managers, traffic participants, key traffic violations and other aspects of prevention and control measures were put forward.Applying the principles and methods of management and systematics, we built the prevention and control measures of traffic violations based on the above research achievments in the end.
