Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of S County Inspection Work

Since the 18 th Party,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the inspection and inspection work,especially in promoting the inspection and inspection work has made a series of major decisions and arrangements.The inspection and inspection work conforms to the needs of the development of the times,is an innovative measure of inner-party supervision,is an important grasp of anti-corruption and clean government work,and effectively plays the role of "sharp soldiers" and "swords".County-level inspection is an extension and supplement of inspection work,an important way to perfect the supervision system at the grass-roots level,and promotes the comprehensive and strict administration of the party to develop in depth and to the grass-roots level,effectively solves the problem of corruption and unhealthy tendencies that occur around the masses,creates a good political ecology,and promotes the healthy,harmonious and stable development of society.The inspection work at the county level is a new thing rising in recent years,and it is still exploring the stage of improvement.Taking S County as an example,this paper takes S County as an example,adopts the research methods of literature research,field investigation and case analysis,and finds that there are five problems in the inspection work of S County,such as unreasonable inspection planning,weak contingent of cadres,not in-depth problems,inflexible inspection methods and inadequate application of achievements.In-depth analysis of the top-level design,management treatment,supervision level,leadership system,rectification and supervision of five reasons.Finally,combined with their own thinking and grass-roots reality,this paper puts forward some operational and feasible countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects: perfecting the inspection mechanism,strengthening the team building,making good use of systematic thinking,innovating working methods,and paying attention to the application of results,so as to point out the direction for the next inspection work,provide reference for other county-level inspection work,and promote the development of inspection work more reasonably and efficiently.At present,the situation of fighting against corruption is still grim and complex,and the task of comprehensively and strictly administering the Party is still urgent and onerous.It is of great and far-reaching significance to carry out inspection and inspection work.All localities need to combine the actual situation and adopt flexible and changeable working methods.We must never copy and draw gourds according to local conditions,vary from person to person,clarify our thinking,plan meticulously,and try our best to solve the current problems in the long-term practice.Constantly improve the inspection and inspection system,constantly strive to create a new situation of high quality development of inspection and inspection work.
